My story

I learned how the big agencies work, then built something better

I spent years inside the larger Bay of Plenty agencies, including one of the big franchise rental teams, before I started SmartRent. I learned a lot there. I also saw where owners and tenants slip through the cracks when a manager has too many properties and not enough time.

So I built the kind of service I would want if it were my own investment on the line. Boutique, personal, and honest. You deal with me directly, my team and I keep the portfolio boutique so nothing slips, and we treat your property like it is our own.

Property management is all I do. I do not sell houses on the side, and I am not chasing the next listing. I just want to do this one thing properly, for people I get to know.
